Job summary

Western Alliance Bank, a wholly owned subsidiary of Western Alliance Bancorporation, is seeking a Client Relationship Manager I to manage corporate client relationships and ensure excellent service and delivery. You will coordinate reporting, partner with business development staff, and support new business conversations with existing or prospective clients.

Responsibilities include overseeing day-to-day operations for assigned CLOs and Leverage Finance Facilities, mitigating risks, and pursuing

Qualifications

• 6+ years of related experience in Corporate Trust or similar field.
• Bachelor's degree in related field required.
• Intermediate knowledge of general banking operations, including deposit operations, loan administration, treasury management and/or other commercial banking products and services.
• Intermediate knowledge of applicable regulatory and legal compliance obligations, rules and regulations, industry standards and practices.
• Advanced speaking and writing communication skills.
• May require up to 25% travel.

Responsibilities

• Manage client relationships and ensure excellent client service and delivery.
• Drive product efficiency projects and may lead other business-related projects.
• Collaborate with new business development staff to support conversations with existing or prospective clients.
• Oversee day-to-day operations and reporting delivery to assigned clients.
