Job summary

Western Alliance Bank seeks a Client Services Analyst III to manage client relationships and deliver superior service for CLOs and Leverage Finance facilities. You will handle day-to-day operations, reporting, and independent deal management, with frequent interaction with asset managers, investors, auditors, and rating agencies.

The role requires 5+ years in banking, strong regulatory knowledge, and proficiency in TranStar.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of related experience or similar field.
• High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree in related field preferred.
• Intermediate to advanced knowledge of general banking operations, including deposit operations, loan administration, treasury management and/or other commercial banking products and services.
• Intermediate to advanced knowledge of applicable regulatory and legal compliance obligations, rules and regulations, industry standards and practices.
• Intermediate to advanced TranStar experience preferred.
• Intermediate speaking and writing communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Create technical report specifications from indenture language.
• Set up payment calculations in in-house systems.
• Receive, map, and reconcile periodic collateral data.
• Compile monthly, quarterly and annual payment and tax reports.
• Coordinate with operations teams to ensure correct payments are received and made.
• Perform quality control review of reports for timeliness and accuracy.
• Perform portfolio compliance tests on structured fixed income deals (trade testing).
• Interact with asset managers, investors, auditors, and rating agencies.
• Ensure excellent service delivery to a book of Loan Clients in Corporate Trust.
• Participate in new client proposals and lead business-related projects.
• Make tax elections, file for EINs, and track residual holder transfers.
