Job summary

Western Alliance Bank in Houston, TX is seeking a Client Relationship Manager I to manage client relationships and ensure exemplary service. The role supports new business conversations, drives product efficiency projects, and may lead other business initiatives with client service associates on deals such as CLOs and Leverage Finance facilities.

You will partner with business development officers to maintain Corporate Trust client relationships and ensure alignment with policy.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of related experience in Corporate Trust or similar field.
• Bachelor's degree in related field required.
• Intermediate knowledge of general banking operations, including deposit operations, loan administration, treasury management and/or other commercial banking products and services.
• Intermediate knowledge of applicable regulatory and legal compliance obligations, rules and regulations, industry standards and practices.
• Advanced speaking and writing communication skills.
• May require up to 25% travel.

Responsibilities

• Manage client relationships and ensure excellent client service and delivery.
• Drive product efficiency projects and lead other business-related projects.
• Collaborate with new business development staff to support conversations with clients.
• Oversee day-to-day operations and reporting delivery for assigned deals.
• Review client reporting and coordinate with clients and interested parties on issues or changes needed.
