What Will You Do?

You will be a key member of the Technology team, acting as the primary liaison between project resources and business units, eliciting, analyzing, and validating requirements for IT applications/systems. Your role includes conducting interviews, leading requirements gathering, supporting product backlog management, analyzing system components, overseeing testing, and acting as a Subject Matter Expert.

What You Need to Be Successful:

• BS/BA Degree, preferably in Business Administration or Information Systems
• 3+ years in Technical Business Analysis, especially in a startup B2B SaaS environment
• Experience with business analysis methodology, process improvement, project/risk management, APIs, and system architecture
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting with excellent organization and communication skills
