Job summary

Zenith American Solutions is seeking an Account Manager to support the Account Executive in executing fund administration activities for assigned clients, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and internal guidelines.

You will coordinate deliverables, prepare materials for meetings, manage vendor relationships, and assist with onboarding and regulatory changes. Strong communication and professional conduct are essential; travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Associate degree required; bachelor’s preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; ability to present to diverse audiences.
• Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of an organization.
• Professional demeanor, integrity, and strong customer service orientation.
• Strong teamwork, initiative, and learning mindset.
• Independent judgment with ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Support Account Executive on assigned client accounts with coordination of deliverables and compliance activities.
• Manage documents, communications, meetings, and vendor coordination; assist in issue resolution.
• Assist in onboarding new vendors and implementing regulatory changes; support SOP maintenance.
• Review invoices for contract compliance and prepare summaries for client meetings.
• Assist in audits and regulatory reviews; prepare documentation and attendance at meetings.
