Job summary

Zenith American Solutions is seeking an Account Manager to support the Account Executive in administering fund accounts, coordinating regulatory activities, and ensuring accurate documentation for client projects. You will collaborate with internal teams, manage onboarding of vendors, and help prepare notices and newsletters as needed.

This role requires strong communication, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining professional standards.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in a business-related field is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive support to the Account Executive on assigned client accounts, including coordination of deliverables, regulatory activities, document management, meeting preparation and vendor coordination.
• Serve as a primary point of contact for clients and vendors in the AE's absence.
• Coordinate onboarding and implementation of new vendors and revisions to notices and forms.
• Review and proofread fund financial statements and reports; collaborate with Accounting to resolve discrepancies.
• Assist in developing, updating, and maintaining SOPs and client documentation.
• Organize fund records, including contracts, invoices, minutes, and related materials.
