Job summary

Zenith American Solutions, Inc. seeks a Client Relationship Manager to support the Director of Client Relationship across a portfolio of clients in fund management. The role involves client liaison, board meeting prep, and cross-department coordination to ensure accurate reporting and compliance.

You will monitor regulations, manage contracts, assist with vendor relations, and prepare complex reports. Travel may be required; strong communication and organizational skills are essential in this

Qualifications

• Associate degree in a business-related field required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills essential.
• Experience in client relationship management a plus.
• Knowledge of CRM software (Salesforce) and project tools beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Monitor government filings and regulations affecting clients.
• Facilitate client meetings and record key actions from meetings.
• Manage contracts and documentation including financial statements and communications.
• Collate monthly financial reports and perform due diligence.
• Support relationship management and account-related activities.
• Maintain compliance calendars and coordinate administrative reports.
• Provide research for issue resolution and act as liaison between stakeholders.
• Travel as necessary and respond to client and regulatory inquiries.
