Job summary

U.S. Bank seeks a Client Relationship Consultant to engage customers across in‑person, by appointment, and virtual channels, offering trusted financial guidance and digital-first solutions. You will assess needs, explain deposit and loan options, and process customer information with accuracy.

You’ll open accounts, educate clients on self‑service tools, and partner with branch teams to deliver exceptional service while adhering to regulatory requirements and company policies.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Typically has 1–2 years of retail banking experience or equivalent training.
• Proven ability to build and foster relationships with clients through proactive outreach.

Responsibilities

• Builds and fosters relationships with clients through proactive outreach and follow up.
