U.S. Bank is seeking a Client Relationship Consultant to engage customers across in-person, by appointment, and digital channels. You’ll assess banking needs and recommend deposit and loan solutions while guiding clients through digital options.

Open new consumer and business accounts, perform service requests, and collaborate with branch teammates to deliver an excellent client experience with accuracy and care.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 3–4 years of retail banking experience.
• Experience with digital products and self-service technologies.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to identify customer needs and recommend solutions.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with clients through proactive outreach and follow up.
