Job summary

U.S. Bank seeks a Client Relationship Consultant to engage customers across in-person, by appointment, and digital channels, delivering tailored financial guidance and a digital-first client experience.

You will build trusted relationships, assess client needs, and educate on banking products, while collaborating with branch teams to serve customers effectively and process account openings and service requests.

Qualifications

• Typically 3–4 years of retail banking experience or equivalent training.
• Proven ability to build and foster client relationships through proactive outreach and follow up.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with clients across in-person, by appointment, and virtual channels.
• Explain and educate clients on deposit and loan products and digital services.
• Open new consumer/business accounts and process service requests and credit applications.
