Qualifications

• Five+ years of job-related retail banking experience or equivalent training.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; NMLS registration required for lending roles.

Responsibilities

• Builds and fosters relationships with clients through proactive outreach and follow up.
• Identify solutions based on client needs by effectively engaging and communicating with clients.
• Opens new consumer and business accounts, completes service requests and submits credit applications.
• Educates clients on digital products and self-service options to meet financial goals.
• Ensure adherence to bank policies and SafE Act/NMLS requirements.
