Job summary

U.S. Bank seeks a Client Relationship Consultant to engage customers across in-person, appointment, and virtual channels, delivering expert financial guidance and tailored solutions.

You will educate clients on banking products, process new accounts, and leverage digital tools to enhance the client experience. Ideal candidates bring strong relationship skills, 4–5 years in retail banking, and a proactive, customer-centric mindset aligned with a digital-first approach.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Typically has a minimum four to five years of job-related, retail banking experience or a combination of experience and commensurate training.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with clients across channels (in-person, by appointment, virtual).
• Educate clients on deposit and loan products and services, and recommend solutions.
• Open new consumer and business accounts and process requests.
• Promote and educate clients on digital banking products and self-service tools.
• Collaborate with branch team members to serve clients and meet needs.
• Maintain knowledge of bank policies, products, and compliance requirements.
