Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Typically 3–4 years of retail banking experience or equivalent training.
• Bilingual Arabic or Polish preferred.
• Proven ability to build relationships with clients through proactive outreach and follow up.
• Knowledge of bank policies and support systems.
• Experience with digital products and self-service technologies.
• Experience in the financial services industry preferred.
