U.S. Bank is seeking a Client Relationship Consultant to connect with customers across in-person, by appointment, and virtual channels.

You will assess banking needs, educate clients on deposit and loan products, and open consumer and business accounts while guiding them through digital banking options. The role emphasizes proactive outreach, collaboration with branch teams, and maintaining knowledge of policies and self-service digital tools to deliver an accurate, high‑quality client

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Typically has a minimum three to four years of job-related, retail banking experience or a combination of experience and commensurate training

Responsibilities

• Builds and fosters relationships with clients through proactive outreach and follow up.
• Identifies solutions for new and existing clients based on their needs by effectively engaging and communicating with clients.
• Opens new consumer and business accounts, completes service requests and submits credit applications.
• Proactively educates clients on emerging and self-service digital products and services to assist with meeting their financial needs.
