Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Typically 3–4 years of retail banking experience or equivalent training.

Responsibilities

• Build and foster client relationships across multiple channels (in-person, by appointment, virtual).
• Identify customer needs, educate on deposit and loan products, and recommend solutions.
• Open new consumer and business accounts and process service requests.
• Promote digital self-service tools and digital products.
• Ensure accurate processing and strong operational excellence.
