Job summary

Truist in Hoover, Alabama is seeking a detail-oriented professional to provide timely client transaction processing and superior service. You will educate clients on digital banking, assist with outbound outreach, and support Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) to tailor solutions to each client’s needs.

The role emphasizes accurate record-keeping, adherence to controls, and weekend/extended hours as needed to meet branch demands. Strong communication and multi-tasking skills are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent education required.
• Two years teller or cash handling or client service experience recommended.
• Six months client relationship building or sales experience helpful.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills required.
• Ability to use PC keyboards and software for branch automation.
• Ability to multi-task under time constraints.
• Proficiency in basic computer applications (Microsoft Office).
• Willingness to travel for temporary staffing or locale changes.
• Ability to work weekends and/or extended hours, with possible travel and overnights.

Responsibilities

• Provide a distinctive client experience with courteous conversations and transactions.
• Educate clients on digital self-service solutions including ATMs and Online/Mobile banking.
• Support sales by outbound client outreach and identifying needs.
• Understand Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) for client solutions.
• Participate in Retail Community Bank Leadership routines.
• Attend training and product knowledge sessions.
• Adhere to internal controls and risk management policies.
• Serve as secondary contact for new account openings and issue resolution.
