Job summary

Qualifications

• 2 years teller, cash handling, or client service experience.
• 6 months client relationship or sales experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• PC keyboard and software skills for branch automation.
• Ability to multi-task under time constraints.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Willingness to travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide a distinctive client experience and conduct transactions.
• Educate clients on digital self-service options.
• Assist in client outreach and identify needs.
• Understand Integrated Relationship Management to meet client needs.
• Participate in Retail Community Bank routines.
• Pursue training to improve product knowledge.
• Adhere to internal controls and risk management policies.
• Serve as secondary contact for new accounts and problem resolution.
