Job summary

Truist Financial Corporation is seeking a Regular, full-time team member in Huntsville, AL to deliver exceptional client service. You will engage customers with courtesy, promote digital banking options, and participate in sales discussions while aligning with IRM practices and risk controls.

The role requires strong communication, the ability to multi-task, and flexibility to support branch operations and training initiatives. Weekend/evening availability may be required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Two years teller, cash handling or client service experience.
• Six months of client relationship building or sales experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for client interactions.
• PC keyboard and software skills for branch automation.

Responsibilities

• Provide distinctive client experience through courteous conversations and transactions.
• Educate clients on digital self-service tools (ATMs, online and mobile banking).
• Support sales by outbound calls and identifying client needs.
• Understand Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) to deliver Truist expertise.
• Participate in Retail Community Bank Leadership routines.
• Attend training to grow product knowledge.
• Adhere to internal controls and risk management policies.
• Serve as secondary contact for new account openings and issue resolution.
