Zusammenfassung

Truist is seeking a customer-focused team member to deliver a distinctive client experience at our Alabama location. You will engage clients with a courteous conversation, guide them through transactions, and educate them on digital banking options to simplify everyday banking.

You will support branch sales, maintain IRM practices, and participate in trainings and leadership routines. Weekend availability and travel may be required to meet branch needs.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Two years teller or cash handling or client service experience.
• Six months of client relationship building or sales experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including a desire to interact with clients and prospects.
• Ability to travel to accommodate temporary staffing needs as required.

Aufgaben

• Provide a distinctive client experience to ensure a consistent service level.
• Educate clients on digital, self-service solutions including ATMs, Online and Mobile banking.
• Support team sales process by participating in client outreach and identifying client needs.
• Understand Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) to deliver Truist expertise.
• Participate in Retail Community Bank Leadership routines and training.
• Adhere to internal controls and risk management policies.
• Serve as secondary contact for new account openings and problem resolution.
