Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. seeks a Relationship Banker in a Chase Branch to represent our brand with hospitality and fintech-enabled service. You’ll acquire, manage, and retain client relationships, using financial knowledge to offer solutions that address needs and simplify lives.

You will educate clients on Chase technology, work with a team of experts for specialized needs, and comply with regulatory requirements while delivering a superior client experience.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales in retail banking with proven client acquisition.
• Ability to create memorable client experiences.
• Strong communication skills for in-person and phone.
• Compliance with risk and regulatory requirements; complete training.
• Willingness to work weekends and some evenings.

Responsibilities

• Put clients first and exceed expectations with attentive service.
• Manage assigned clients and meet with them to build relationships.
• Communicate clearly to understand needs and tailor recommendations.
• Educate clients on technology solutions like Chase Mobile App and Chase.com.
• Learn products and procedures quickly and refer complex needs to experts.
• Adhere to policies, procedures, and regulatory banking requirements.
