You will manage client interactions, advise on products, and collaborate with our team of experts while adhering to regulatory requirements and branch policies.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales in Retail Banking or Financial Services.
• Ability to create memorable experiences for clients.
• Excellent communication skills for in-person and phone interactions.
• Ability to resolve client issues with attention to detail.
• Operate within risk parameters and complete required training.
• Licensing: SIE, Series 6, state registrations, Life licenses; licensing via JPM licensing program within 180 days.

Responsibilities

• Put clients first and deliver attentive, friendly service.
• Manage assigned clients, meet with them to build lasting relationships and tailor recommendations.
• Communicate clearly to understand clients, anticipate needs, and build trust.
• Educate clients on technology solutions like Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs.
• Learn products quickly to consult on banking solutions and connect to experts.
• Adhere to policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
