Qualificações

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2 years of client sales and service experience.
• Experience in building client relationships.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficiency with basic computer applications, such as Microsoft Office.
• Must be SAFE compliant within 30 days of employment, including background checks and regulatory requirements.

Responsabilidades

• Provide industry-leading client service in person and by phone to develop and expand client relationships.
• Contribute to meeting service and branch sales targets by offering products and services.
• Refer complex needs to internal specialists to support growth opportunities.
• Participate in branch leadership routines and ongoing training to improve sales and product knowledge.
• Advise on consumer lending options and take loan applications.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls and bank policies.
• Assist with teller transactions and greet clients to navigate the branch.
