Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree preferred.
• 2 years of client sales and service experience.
• Experience sourcing and prospecting for new clients and building client relationships.
• Excellent interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills.
• Must be SAFE compliant within 30 days, including NMLS background checks.
• Ability to multi-task under time constraints and travel as needed for staffing.
• Willingness to work weekends and extended hours as required.
