Responsibilities

• Promotes the sales process through leveraging leads, outbound calling, greeting customers, and identifying needs.
• Make recommendations in selling and cross-selling bank products and services.
• Identify and achieve weekly sales goals set by Branch Manager.
• Incorporate FNB digital products & services into interactions.
• Input and maintain data quality for referrals, customers, and applicants.
• Manage lifecycle of all new and existing relationships per consumer bank standards.
• Support daily sales activity and track results.
• Perform routine operational duties and teller transactions.
