Job summary

First Financial Bank in the Chester County area is seeking a Consumer Banker to work with existing clients and prospect for new ones, deepening relationships by booking business directly and through referrals to Mortgage, Wealth, Small Business Banking, and Treasury Management.

You will open accounts, handle teller duties, engage with clients via calls, conversations, and follow-ups, and ensure compliance and superior client experience across branch, drive-thru, phone, and email.

Qualifications

• 3–4 years of coaching/mentoring in a retail setting.
• 3–4 years of sales and service experience with sales goals.
• 3–4 years track record of performance goal achievement.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• 4–5 years of related experience and/or training.

Responsibilities

• Open accounts and perform maintenance.
• Run a Teller drawer as needed by management.
• Support client engagement through active calling, client conversations, and follow up.
• Collaborate with internal partners to address client needs and provide solutions.
• Ensure timely client follow-up calls.
• Maintain all operational and risk management standards.
• Provide digital assistance for online banking.
• Meet or exceed sales, service and referral goals.
• Stay informed on bank products, processes and procedures.
