Truist Financial Corporation is seeking a Regular, in-person client service role at our United States branch in Florida. The position focuses on delivering an industry-leading client experience both in person and by phone, with consultative conversations that grow relationships and referrals to specialists.

Responsibilities include teller duties when needed, advancing consumer lending options, and maintaining compliance with internal controls. Weekend and extended hours may be required.

Competenze

• 2 years of client sales and service experience.
• Experience sourcing and prospecting for new clients.
• Proficiency in basic computer applications, including Microsoft Office.
• Must be SAFE compliant within 30 days and pass NMLS background checks.

Mansioni

• Exercises advanced proficiency with routine client maintenance requests, problem resolution and advanced sales functions regarding deposit, credit, convenience and other product and service lines.
• Contributes to meeting or exceeding client service as well as individual and branch sales targets by offering products and services with a focus on developing, expanding and retaining relationships.
• Supports team sales process by conducting consultative conversations and acting upon or referring more complex client needs or financial goals to other internal specialists.
• Participates fully in all components of the established Retail Community Bank Leadership routines.
• Advices on consumer lending options and takes loan applications.
