Job summary

Chase is seeking a Relationship Banker to represent our brand in a Chase Branch, delivering hospitable service and leveraging technology to meet clients' financial needs. You will lead in acquiring, managing, and retaining client relationships with sound financial guidance.

The role requires strong communication, sales experience in banking, and ability to work branch hours including weekends and some evenings, with licensing requirements to be completed within 180 days of hire.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking, Financial Services, or related industries with proven success in establishing new clients, deepening relationships, and delivering results.
• Ability to create memorable experiences for clients and elevate the client experience.
• Excellent communication skills, both in person and over the phone, with ability to tailor product features to clients' needs.
• Ability to resolve client issues with attention to detail and provide consistent client experience.
• Operate within risk parameters and comply with internal/external requirements, including required training.

Responsibilities

• Put clients first and exceed their expectations with attentive, friendly service.
• Manage assigned clients; meet with them to build lasting relationships and tailor recommendations.
• Engage in clear, consultative communication to understand and help clients, building trust.
• Educate clients on technology solutions like Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs.
• Learn products, services, and procedures quickly and consult with team of experts on specialized needs.
• Adhere to policies, procedures, and regulatory banking requirements.
