Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking or related industries with proven client acquisition.
• Ability to create memorable experiences and elevate the client experience.
• Excellent communication skills, both in person and over the phone, tailoring features to client needs.
• Ability to resolve client issues with attention to detail and consistent service.
• Operate within risk parameters and complete required training and compliance obligations.
• High school degree, GED, or foreign equivalent.
• Minimum license requirements: SIE, FINRA Series 6, state registration (63 if required), Life licenses; licensing via JPMorganChase program within 180 days.
• Ability to work branch hours including weekends and some evenings.

• Engage in clear, consultative communication to understand and help clients, building trust.
• Educate and connect clients to technology solutions like Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs.
• Learn products and procedures to consult on banking solutions and connect clients to experts.
• Adhere to policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
