Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking with proven client acquisition and relationship growth.
• Ability to create memorable client experiences and tailor product recommendations.
• Excellent communication skills, in person and over the phone.
• Strong attention to detail and issue resolution for client concerns.
• Demonstrates ability to operate within risk parameters and complete training requirements.
• High school diploma or GED (foreign equivalent acceptable).
• Licensing: SIE, FINRA Series 6, state registration (63 if required) and Life licenses; licensing within 180 days.
• Ability to work branch hours including weekends and some evenings.

Responsibilities

• Put clients first and exceed expectations with attentive, friendly service.
• Meet with clients in person or by phone to build relationships and tailor financial solutions.
• Engage in clear, consultative communication to understand client needs.
• Educate clients on technology like Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs.
• Learn products, services, and procedures quickly to consult on banking solutions.
• Adhere to policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
