Job summary

Chase is seeking a Relationship Banker for our Louisville branch to represent the brand with hospitality, using modern banking tools to meet clients’ financial needs. You will acquire, manage, and retain client relationships, delivering thoughtful solutions and superior service.

Responsibilities include proactive client meetings, explaining products, and guiding clients to digital channels while adhering to regulatory requirements. Licensing milestones and weekend/evening hours are involved.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• SIE, FINRA Series 6, and state registrations required within 180 days of hire.
• Ability to work weekends and some evenings.
• Proven ability to build relationships and upsell solutions.
• Knowledge of Chase Mobile App, Chase.com and ATMs is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Put clients first and exceed their expectations - deliver attentive and friendly service, creating a welcoming environment.
• Manage assigned clients and proactively meet with them, both in person and over the phone, to build lasting relationships, understand financial needs, and tailor product and service recommendations.
• Engage in clear, polite, consultative communication to understand and help clients, building trust - ask questions and listen to understand, anticipate their needs.
• Educate and connect clients to technology solutions such as leveraging the Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs to help them with their banking needs whenever, wherever, and however they want.
• Learn products, services, and procedures quickly and accurately to effectively consult with clients about banking solutions, as well as collaborate with and connect them to our team of experts to help with specialized financial needs.
• Adhere to policies, procedures, and regulatory banking requirements.
