Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking, Financial Services, or related industries.
• Ability to create memorable experiences for clients.
• Excellent communication skills in person and over the phone.
• Ability to resolve client issues with attention to detail and risk compliance.

Responsibilities

• Put clients first and deliver attentive, friendly service.
• Manage assigned clients, meet with them regularly, build lasting relationships.
• Communicate clearly to understand and address client needs; build trust.
• Educate clients on technology solutions (Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, ATMs).
• Learn products and procedures quickly to consult on banking solutions with experts.
• Adhere to policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
