Job summary

Chase is seeking a Relationship Banker in a Chase Branch to represent our brand with hospitality and to build lasting relationships with clients through banking solutions and technology tools. You will acquire, manage, and retain clients, using financial knowledge to address needs and help them achieve their financial goals.

The role requires completing licensing programs (SIE, FINRA 6, 63) within 180 days of hire, and adherence to banking regulations. Weekend/evening shifts may be required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking or related industry.
• Ability to create memorable client experiences and tailor product recommendations.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with different client needs.
• Ability to resolve client issues with attention to detail and compliance.
• Willingness to complete required trainings and licensing programs.

Responsibilities

• Put clients first and deliver attentive, friendly service in a welcoming environment.
• Manage assigned clients, meet with them regularly in person or by phone.
• Understand financial needs and tailor product/service recommendations.
• Educate clients on technology solutions (Chase Mobile, Chase.com, ATMs).
• Learn products and procedures quickly and consult with our team for complex needs.
• Adhere to policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
