Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking or Financial Services.
• Ability to create memorable client experiences.
• Excellent communication skills for in-person and phone interactions.
• Resolve client issues with attention to detail and a consistent experience.
• Operate within risk parameters and complete required training.
• Must have high school degree or GED and relevant licenses including SIE, Series 6, state registration, and Life licenses (or plan to obtain).
• Ability to work branch hours including weekends and some evenings.

Responsibilities

• Put clients first and exceed expectations with attentive service.
• Meet with clients in person and over the phone to build relationships and tailor recommendations.
• Communicate clearly to understand and anticipate client needs.
• Educate clients on technology solutions like Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs.
• Learn products, services and procedures to consult with clients on banking solutions.
• Adhere to banking policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
