Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to work branch hours including weekends and some evenings.
• 1+ year of sales experience in Retail or Financial Services.
• Experience explaining banking products to clients and tailoring recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Put clients first and exceed their expectations—deliver attentive and friendly service.
• Engage in clear, polite consultative communication to help clients and build trust.
• Assist walk-in and scheduled clients, both in person and over the phone, to build lasting relationships.
• Educate and connect clients to technology solutions such as Chase Mobile App and Chase.com to meet their needs.
• Learn products, services and procedures quickly to effectively consult with clients and connect them to experts.
• Adhere to policies, procedures, and regulatory banking requirements.
