Job summary

Truist Financial Corporation in the United States is seeking a Regular full-time teller to provide timely client transactions and exceptional service. You will educate clients on digital banking options and support sales and Integrated Relationship Management activities to address client needs.

You will also participate in branch routines, training, and risk controls, while handling new accounts and issue resolution as part of a dynamic team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent education.
• Two years of teller or cash handling or client service experience.
• Six months of client relationship building or sales experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including a desire to interact with clients and prospects.
• Ability to master PC keyboard and software skills for branch automation.

Responsibilities

• Provide a distinctive client experience with transactions and service excellence.
• Educate clients on digital banking options and self-service tools.
• Support sales by outbound outreach and identifying client needs.
• Understand Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) to deliver Truist solutions.
• Participate in Retail Leadership routines and training.
• Maintain compliance with internal controls and policies.
• Serve as secondary contact for new accounts and issue resolution.
• Handle workload based on branch demands.
