Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Typically 3–4 years of retail banking experience or a combination of experience and training.
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
• Experience with digital banking products and self-service technologies.
• Knowledge of bank policies and procedures; customer service oriented.

Responsibilities

• Engage clients across in-person, appointment, and virtual channels to provide counsel.
• Assess customer needs and recommend deposit and loan solutions.
• Open accounts and process service requests and credit applications.
• Educate clients on digital products to enhance self-service adoption.
• Collaborate with branch team and partners to deliver excellent service.
