JPMorgan Chase is seeking a Relationship Banker to provide warm, client-centered service in a Chase Branch. You will cultivate and manage relationships, understand financial needs, and offer suitable banking solutions using Chase tools and platforms.

The role requires sales experience, excellent communication, and willingness to work weekends and evenings, with licensing requirements to be fulfilled within 180 days of hire.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking or Financial Services with proven results.
• High school diploma or equivalent; licenses required within 180 days of hire.
• SIE exam, FINRA Series 6, and state registrations (including 63 when required) are minimum.
• Willingness to work branch hours including weekends/evenings.

Responsabilités

• Put clients first with attentive, friendly service to create a welcoming environment.
• Manage assigned clients, meet with them in person or by phone to build relationships and tailor recommendations.
• Communicate clearly to understand needs and build trust, asking questions and listening.
• Educate clients on technology solutions (Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, ATMs).
• Learn products and procedures to consult on banking solutions and coordinate with specialists.
