Job summary

Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking or Financial Services with proven client acquisition and relationship growth.
• High school diploma, GED, or foreign equivalent.
• Licensing: SIE exam, FINRA Series 6, state registration (63 if required), and Life licenses; must obtain licenses within 180 days.
• Ability to work branch hours including weekends and some evenings.

Responsibilities

• Put clients first with attentive, friendly service in a welcoming branch environment.
• Manage assigned clients, meet with them in person or by phone to understand needs and tailor recommendations.
• Communicate clearly to understand client needs and build trust.
• Educate clients on technology solutions like Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs.
• Learn products, services, and procedures to consult on banking solutions and connect clients to experts.
• Adhere to policies, procedures, and regulatory banking requirements.
