Qualifications

• Strong verbal and written communications skills
• Ability to handle fast paced environment and multitask
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Microsoft Outlook
• Experience in customer service in healthcare or related field is a plus

Responsibilities

• Navigate client relations software and retrieve patient information
• Handle inbound and outbound calls in a courteous manner
• Communicate with clients via Medchat, Email, Text, and Phones
• Provide proper correspondence to referring internal contacts
• Assist management with administrative tasks as needed
• Identify opportunities to provide product enhancements
• Maintain designated KPI inside workflow
