Job summary

Prism is seeking a Client Relations Associate to join our patient-focused customer service team in Las Vegas, NV. This full-time role handles inbound and outbound calls, medical inquiries, and administrative tasks with a commitment to quality care.

You will navigate our operations software and Microsoft Outlook, maintain KPI targets, and build strong relationships with patients and referring contacts. The position offers training and a stable Monday–Friday schedule in a growing national provider.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent, Associates or Bachelor Degree preferred.
• Successful completion of 90 days of employment.
• Exceptional verbal and written communications skills.
• Ability to handle fast paced environment and multitask.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Microsoft Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Proficiently navigate current operations software; retrieve patient information for each patient/facility experience.
• Navigate Microsoft Outlook and related applications to service customers with high level care.
• Know Prism's products and navigate resources during calls with patients.
• Establish rapport with patients and leave positive memorable experiences.
• Manage inbound and outbound calls in a timely and courteous manner.
• Navigate Medicare, private insurance, and Medicaid patient files and determine actions accordingly.
• Provide proper correspondence to referring internal contacts regarding patient files.
• Assist management with administrative tasks as needed.
• Identify opportunities to provide product enhancements as they arise.
• Be a team player and adhere to company policies and safety/compliance.
