Qualifications

• HS Diploma or equivalent.
• Customer service experience 1-2 years.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage inbound and outbound client communications via phone and email in a timely, solutions-oriented manner.
• Advise walk-in clients about service information and project preparation.
• Maintain overview of projects in PLM/TEM/IAQ that need login or client contact.
• Unpack shipments and document receipt of samples.
• Update client and project data records in LIMS and CRM software systems.
• Collaborate with lab/operations personnel to resolve client inquiries and improve processes.
• Assist with administrative tasks as necessary.
• Teamwork across departments to support operations.
