Job summary

Eurofins Built Environment Testing East in Cherry Hill, NJ is hiring a Customer Relations Specialist. The role focuses on facilitating day-to-day client communications, ensuring exceptional client experience, and updating data in LIMS and CRM systems.

You will support lab teams, advise clients on service information, and help with administrative tasks in a fast-paced, laboratory setting with standard weekday hours.

Responsibilities

• Manage inbound and outbound client communications via phone and/or email in a timely, solutions-oriented manner
• Advise walk-in clients about service information and project preparation
• Maintain a constant overview of projects in PLM/TEM/and IAQ departments that need login or client communication
• Unpack shipments and document receipt of sample
• Update client and project data records in LIMS and CRM software systems
• Collaborate with laboratory/operations personnel to resolve client inquiries and improve processes
• Assist with administrative tasks as necessary
• Work as part of a team and cross-departments as needed
