Job summary

Market Value seeks a Client Relations Associate in Phoenix to support ongoing client relationships and act as a coordination point for communications and business needs. You will organize meetings, prepare materials, and ensure timely follow-up with internal teams and clients.

Responsibilities include maintaining client correspondence, documenting notes, and supporting client retention initiatives while upholding confidentiality and professional standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Preferred: Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in client relations or related professional environment preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organization and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple client communications and follow-up activities.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular communication with assigned clients.
• Coordinate requests across internal departments.
• Schedule and organize client meetings, calls, and periodic check-ins.
• Prepare agendas, account information, and supporting materials for client discussions.
• Document meeting notes, requested actions, and follow-up items.
• Coordinate client requests with appropriate internal departments.
• Monitor outstanding client commitments and ensure follow-up.
