Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in relationship management or client service.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Clear, professional written and verbal communication.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and assist with customized financial plans and supporting materials.
• Support client and prospect meetings through data gathering, reporting, and follow-up documentation.
• Manage life insurance and long-term care applications from submission through issuance.
• Maintain accurate client records, reports, and compliance documentation.
• Provide proactive, high-quality client service and clear, timely communication.
• Partner with the Financial Advisor to ensure a smooth client experience from start to finish.
