Job summary

Strategy Financial Group in Phoenix, AZ is seeking a Relationship Manager to join our on-site team and support lead advisors in delivering exceptional client experiences.

You will prepare customized financial plans, gather data, manage life insurance and long-term care applications, maintain client records, and collaborate with the Financial Advisor to ensure a professional client journey from start to finish.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in relationship management, client service, financial processing, or a similar support role.
• Strong organizational skills with a high level of attention to detail.
• Clear, professional communication skills, written and verbal.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not required.
• A client-first mindset and pride in delivering excellent service.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and assist with customized financial plans and supporting materials
• Support client and prospect meetings through data gathering, reporting, and follow-up documentation
• Manage life insurance and long-term care applications from submission through issuance
• Maintain accurate client records, reports, and compliance-related documentation
• Provide proactive, high-quality client service and clear, timely communication
• Partner closely with the Financial Advisor to ensure a smooth, professional client experience from start to finish
