Job Description

We are seeking a Client Relations Associate to support ongoing relationships with company clients and serve as a consistent point of coordination for client communications and business needs. This position focuses on maintaining professional client relationships, organizing scheduled communications, coordinating requests across internal departments, and ensuring clients remain informed about relevant activities and updates.

The Client Relations Associate will work with both clients and internal teams to maintain clear communication and ensure relationship-related commitments and follow-up activities are completed.

Responsibilities include:

  • Maintain regular communication with assigned clients
  • Serve as a point of coordination for routine client requests and business needs
  • Schedule and organize client meetings, calls, and periodic check-ins
  • Prepare agendas, account information, and supporting materials for client discussions

Requirements
