Job summary

Nolato San Antonio is seeking a Customer Service/Shipping Coordinator to provide outstanding support while coordinating shipping, delivery activities and front desk duties at the San Antonio facility. You will be the primary contact for orders, shipment status, and delivery schedules.

Collaborating with warehouse, production, logistics and sales teams, you will ensure accurate, on-time order fulfillment and maintain shipping records and documentation in our systems.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in customer service, shipping, logistics or a related field.
• Experience with ERP systems, shipping software, or warehouse management systems preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Outlook.
• Knowledge of shipping procedures, freight terminology, and carrier operations is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serves as the primary contact for customer inquiries via phone, email and other communication channels.
• Process customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Provide customers with order status, shipping information, and delivery schedules.
• Resolve customer concerns, complaints and product delivery issues in a professional manner.
• Collaborate with warehouse, production, logistics and sales teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.
