Job summary

Alfred-Williams- is seeking a Project Coordinator in San Antonio to support sales through shipment and installation coordination. You will work closely with sales, design, customer service, and installation teams to maintain clear communication with customers and manage orders and invoicing.

The role requires a high school diploma and 3–5 years of customer service experience, with strong organizational and communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic accounting is expected.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 3–5 years of customer service experience preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written).
• Demonstrated organizational skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel).
• Basic accounting knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Create Quotes for Customers and assemble contract packages.
• Enter orders and verify tax status, credit terms, and invoicing accuracy.
• Coordinate installation and service with customers and subcontractors.
• Maintain records, control WIP, and track project costs and schedules.
• Serve as primary liaison between customer and dealership, handling inquiries and issues.
• Monitor shipments, installation progress, and respond to delays or changes.
