Job summary

RJ Lee Group Inc is seeking a Client Relations Specialist to ensure accurate sample intake, proactive client communication, and high-quality service. You will act as a liaison between laboratory operations and clients, handling quotes, inquiries, and sample log-ins with attention to detail.

The role requires strong communication, data integrity, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. On-site work in a laboratory setting is expected.

Qualifications

• Experience in a laboratory, environmental testing, or sample receiving environment preferred.
• Familiarity with LIMS systems, data-entry platforms.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Attention to detail and ability to manage discrepancies effectively.
• Customer service experience and comfort interacting with clients.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and issue quotes based on client testing needs, specifications, and inquiries.
• Communicate with clients via phone and email to answer questions, provide guidance, and support testing requests.
• Process and fulfill sample media orders as they are received.
• Coordinate the return shipment of samples to clients upon request (email, phone, or chain of custody documentation).
• Address and resolve client concerns, issues, or escalations with professionalism and clarity.
