Job summary

AllTek Staffing & Resource Group, Inc. in Plum, PA is seeking a Client Relations Specialist to provide top-tier client service and coordinate sample intake with our laboratory team. The role is full-time, Monday through Friday, 9am–5pm, with a pay rate of $20.00–$21.00 per hour.

You will be the primary connector between clients and the lab, ensuring accurate processing and timely responses. In this position you will prepare quotes, answer inquiries, and manage sample handling with precision.

Qualifications

• Experience in a laboratory, environmental testing, or sample receiving environment preferred.
• Familiarity with Laboratory Information Management Systems (LIMS) or data-entry platforms.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage discrepancies effectively.
• Customer service experience and confidence in client interactions.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare quotes and respond to client inquiries accurately.
• Manage sample processing and intake to support laboratory operations.
• Serve as the first line of client support, addressing needs and resolving issues promptly.
• Maintain clear communication with clients and internal teams.
